Once we receive acceptance of the quotation, you will then receive and invoice for the whole project. Unless otherwise agreed, we ask for a 50% deposit payment to secure the installation date, with the final 50% payment due on the day of completion. Payment can be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

They have been designed for quick and easy use, however we always take time on the handover to ensure our customers customers are happy before we leave. No Question is a Silly Question.

Our engineers will arrive at the pre agreed time and date. Firstly a walk around will be completed to re confirm location of equipment, cable runs if applicable and to answer any questions you may have.

Over the years we have developed a number of clever methods to route cables and install equipment without causing too much disruption. The majority of our installs create very little mess if any at all, however depending on the type of project this can vary. We will always discuss this with you prior to completing. We will always take time to make good of any area post completion.
